My Awesome Sherman Cousins!

A few days ago I was blessed with some awesome company, my cousin J and his family. How cute are they?? J is a Marine and is moving from Delaware to Cal-i-forn-i-a, so along the way, Oklahoma was a great pit-stop. (at least I thought so!!) I had a great visit and was soo happy to have them be able to stay. Let me just say that I am very thankful we had Skittles on hand. T had just woken from a nap and boy did he have other things in mind than smiling for pictures. H was of course a ham, ready with a smile on que! Mom and Dad did a little bit of chasing and I did a lot of bribing with Skittles. Hope you Sherman's like what I got!! Love ya!!! OH, and I forgot to mention, they blessed me with a box of Superman Ice Cream (click on Superman for an explaination, for those that don't know what you're missing) and frozen Uncle John's Cider both from MICHIGAN :o). Am I a spoiled girl OR WHAT? Thank you guys!!! Everyone LOVED it!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Sherman's!!! Miss you already!

Have fun in Cali, Sherman's!! Hope to see you guys again soon!

St. Charles Senior

On my visit home I begged and pleaded my brother to let me take some senior shots of him. As most of you know taking pictures of my brother is like trying to pull teeth. But when I asked if we could take some pictures of his girlfriend AND him in the same trip, he was so kind as to ask her without begging. Seeing that they live about an hour away from eachother, I think it was a good excuse to be able to see one another on a school night. Either way, we were both happy and I was able to get some good shots of her as well as my baby brother. K is a very sweet girl and a good sport to let me be her paparazzi for the day. K is a senior at St. Charles and is looking to pursuit pharmacology in college!! Smart girl, eh?!!?

Congrats K and good luck next year!!!

A Johnson Family Affair

This last weekend my husband was in a good friend's wedding. Can you say 'B-E-A-UTIFUL'!?!? The bride was stunning, as well as her dress! It was an outdoor wedding, so the natural light was awesome, most of the time ;o) My husband managed to crutch through the wedding like a champ and he didn't end up being, 'that guy', which he was afraid of. I have to say, he looked very HANDSOME and the wedding was awesome! After the wedding I managed to get some shots of some family and friends; here are a few of my favorites.

Quite possibly my most favorite picture of all time.

My husband and B, two of the cutest guys I know.

The Johnsons

And last but not least, my wonderful in-laws, Mom and Dad Brown.

My baby brother is a SENIOR!!!!!

Just yesterday my baby brother was riding dirt bikes and starting middle school. Today he is a senior at Alma High School and leaving for college in Ohio in a few months!! He plans to pursuit the diesel mechanic feild at Ohio Technical College. He has grown into such a strong willed, smart, charming, handsome young man. For those of you that know him, trying to get him to smile was a task in itself. And being 18 makes him feel obligated to have dip in his mouth like his famrin' father. My brother is a dirt kickin', diesel drivin', dip chewin', deer huntin', grease stained, spitting image of his father, and I couldn't love them more!!! I am soo proud of you Earl!

                                                              CONGRATS EARL!

The Browns

Our best friends, and siblings, A and R, (okay, not blood relatives, but close enough) wanted to do a little photo session before R left for Kuwait to serve our country. He'll be home fore good in December, hallelujah!!
Their son B is on of the SMARTEST 3 year olds I've alive! When I met them over a year and half ago, this kid was counting to TEN... in SPANISH, naming BREEDS of animals (not just a cow or a horse), types of flowers and so much more! And, well, he also told me we were 'bestest pals forever.' Needless to say, he stole my heart.

~~Love ya Browns~~
